Can I change my order?

You are able to change an order in your Basket, but only before you have send the order to us. When you wish to cancel an item or an entire order online when the basket has been send to us for processing. Please check the topic "Cancel Items or Order".

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After we have received your order and processed it (during business hours), you will be able to monitor the status in "My Astral" where the ordered item (s) will apear as "back-order" or "ready to ship". When the order has gone through invoicing it will appear as such at "My Astral" in the "Invoices" section of quicklinks.

How do we keep you informed of the progress of my order?

In the "My Astral" section you will find information on the status of your order, whether it is on "Back Order" or picked and in "Ready To Ship", or whether it is in the "Invoices" section and about to be shipped out.

I have not received my order acknowledgement, order confirmation or shipment notification email.

If this is the case we urge you to send an email to support@astralmusic.com with an explanation what you have requested our website to do. Our technical supervisor will contact you to solve the issue.

What happens if we need to make changes to your order?

When we are not able to supply an item from your order we will credit you for this amount. This credit mustl be balanced with any other purchases of your choice.

What is the current status of my order?

As soon as your order has been accepted, you are able to monitor the status in the "My Astral" section of quicklinks. Please monitor "How do I know if my order has been accepted?"

When will I receive my order?

When you place the order you can decide which service suits you. In "My Astral" you can then monitor when the goods are picked, ready to ship and invoiced. Usually the day of invoice is the ship out date. As soon as the carrier picks up the goods you will receive an email wich will have an estimate on date of delivery.
