Most direct debit cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order — even if there is enough money in an account. When using a direct debit payment, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Shipping:
We offer Budget priority mail shipping and several UPS service shipping levels ranging from Standard to Express.
Budget priority mail: Budget shipping is handled by Belgian Post and this is an affordable but slow(er) method of shipping. Please allow some days for shipping; (Netherlands 24 Hours) (Belgium 2 days) (Europe 3 - 7 business days.) (USA & Canada, Russia 7-20 Business days.)(Asia, South America, Australia, India 14-30 Business days)
Please make sure that your address details are correct as a wrong address can result in miss ship and we can't take responsibility for this. If something needs to be corrected in the details of your address please inform us by mail, prior to placing the order or immediately after ordering. This service is non traceable.
UPS: For fast delivery we advice you to use a shipping method including tracking as offered by UPS. We offer UPS Standard, UPS Express, UPS Express Saver, UPS Expedited.

Refund
Refunds are subject to Astral Music's "General Sales Terms" and "General Sales Terms additional for digitaldownloads". A deduction for 10% restocking fee will be assessed for items which are sold under the mentioned "General Sales Terms" and shipping fees under the "General Sales Terms" are not refundable.
Security codes
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card, in addition to the account number.
Troubleshooting Credit Card & Debit Card payment errors
If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
Double check the card type (for example, Master Card), the account number and expiration date.
Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
Using more than one payment card
You can not combine payment methods to pay for your purchase.
VAT and Invoicing
Vat rate
In accordance with state and local law, your Astral Music purchases will be including VAT using the applicable local sales tax. If the Vat rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order ships will apply.
When do we charge your account?
You authorize our payment provider Ogone to charge your card when the order is processed into our system.Wire Transfer
To pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer:
1)Register online
2)Send a mail to order@astralmusic.com with the order and your registered customer number.
3)Astral Music will send you a confirmation and a quote with the final value total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges.
4)Have your bank electronically transfer the total value amount of your order using the routing information below. (All bank charges are to be taken care of by you)
5)Reference your web order number with your payment.
6)Allow 2 business day's for the processing of your wire transfer.
