Delivery Time

Once you have placed an order, the items on your order will ship as they become available.
The timeframe of transit is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email from our carrier and tracking information.
The ‘Delivers’ date range is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
All estimates are based on regular business days.

How much am I charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on our website. You can also see shipping costs on the notification email.

How will my order be delivered?

All service levels of UPS will try to deliver the package 3 times at the delivery address. Delivery is scheduled during day time on business days only.

Budget priority mail is non trackable and delivers in a mailbox.

I have checked the tracking but my delivery hasn't moved.

When a delivery doesn't move from location for 2/3 days there is usually a problem at the carrier. You can contact the carrier direct and help speed up delivery.

I need to change my shipping address.

We can only ship to your registration address.

My order has shipped but I haven't received it yet.

You should have received a mail with the information regarding track n trace of your shipment. On the website of the carrier you are able to monitor where your shipment is located. You are able to contact the carrier direct to discuss options which could speed up delivery.

Shipment Restrictions

We sell and ship items to most places in the World, however No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses and freight forwarders.
We do not support shipping single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to additional address, please place a new order in the online store.

Shipping refunds

If you paid for a fast shipping service like UPS Express and did not receive your package on time, please contact oursupport desk

Sign for Delivery

Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping or if your shipment has gone missing please contact Astral Music Support at support@astralmusic.com.

Which Shipping Methods can I choose from?

We work with a reliable courier service UPS and offer 3 possible shipping methods;
-UPS Express; Next morning delivery in most destinations of Europe, 2 days morning delivery to U.S.A. and 3 days delivery to Asia and to most other destinations in the World.
-UPS Express Saver; Next day delivery in all of Europe and, 2 days delivery to U.S.A. 3 Days delivery to Asia and Rest Of The World.
-UPS Standard, Next day delivery Benelux and 2 days to UK, DE,FR,ES and rest of Europe 3-5 days. This service is not available for customers located outside of Europe.
-UPS Expedited, up to 4 Days of Transittime to all destinations outside of Europe. This service is not available for European customers.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on our Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

We also offer a cheaper service to certain territories through Budget priority mail. This is limited to mailbox format only and is called a Small Package service. It is not possible to track Small Package shipments. Please make sure that your address details are correct as a wrong address can result in miss ship and we can't take responsibility for this. If something needs to be corrected in the details of your address please inform us by mail, prior to placing the order or immediately after ordering.
