Basket

Ordering can only be done when you are registered or logged in. Place your orders by entering the quantity you wish to order. Your basket content will be saved until you clean it or send the order. After you've send your order, you will receive a confirmation. Another way to check whether your order has been received by us is to open "My Astral" and click on "Orders". Here you will find the latest order entry. Available items will be picked and reserved for you. Items which are not in stock will be ordered for you. You can keep track of your ordering status by clicking on the "Ready To Ship" button or "Backorders" button in the shopmodule on the topleftside, below "My Profile".
In the "Basket" all your unplaced orders are stored. These orders will not be processed untill you have clicked and confirmed to agree to our terms and you have clicked on "Send". The "Basket" is a place where you can adjust quantity or delete items and items are automatically saved untill you decide to delete and clear items. Even when you logout and login later. In the "Basket" section you will be able to change quantity, and enter a reference (which we will type on your invoice for later reference; for example; "I Like A1 track"). The little red cross button beside the reference line can be clicked to clear the order line. The small green button will activate the player to listen to the track.

All header's in the "Basket" can be altered in with and can be dragged to a different location. For example; "Vendor Item no - Quantity - Title" can easily changed by dragging to the following selection; Title - Vendor Item No - My Price.

Cancel Items or Order

You may be able to cancel an item or an entire order, provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not shipped. In order to cancel you must send an e-mail to our support desk with the order reference number and a specified request for cancellation. Astral Music will attend to the request during business hours 8:00-17:00 C.E.T.

Change Email Address

If you didn’t receive an Order Confirmation or Shipment Notification email, we may have an incorrect email address or the emails are stuck in your spam or junk mail folder.
To change the email address for your future confirmations, sign in to online "My Profile" and select "Contact Profile" and change the email address.

Check Order Status

It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online and sign in with your login and password to get a summary of all orders placed. You’ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, the shipping method, and on the invoice you will find the package tracking information for items that have shipped.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, your invoice will be available at "My Astral" and on this invoice you will find the Track and Trace number, when you have send out with UPS. The number starts with 1ZEV... UPS will send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the tracking number, if available. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available.
All shipments require a signature on delivery.

The Small Package post service with Budget Priority mail that we offer to customers in certain territories does not have tracking possibilities and involves a risk of not being delivered. By choosing this option of shipment we can not be held responsible for missing shipments.

Pay no ship Option

Our shoppingcart allows you to place orders without paying shippingcosts for each order. When you have enough products to ship; you can prepare a shipment. This allows you to consolidate smaller orders and pay a much lower fee per unit than shipping small orders with high shipping costs.
How does this work?
On your Contact Profile you can set a default shipping option
Pay and Ship: this is normal ordering --> you place an order and pay for shippingcosts. When we have all your orders in stock; we will ship all these items
Pay and No ship: this is for delayed shipping; you can place multiple orders without paying for shipmentcosts per order.
Ordering process of Pay and no Ship:
The ordering works like any other website. Add items to the basket and check the basket. You will notice a dropdown on the rightside of the basket. Please select "Pay and no ship" for all lines; you donnot want to ship immediately. At this point you pay no shipment costs.
When you have set these "Pay and no ship" options; you can hit the "Next" button to proceed to the payment page.
If you combine items which cannot be shipped , because they are out of stock or not yet released, a dialog will popup















Based on your selection the lines will be adjusted
Once you are on the payment page you can decide which payment method you would like to select.
When the order is paid and saved in our system we will reserve the available goods for you, after the goods are picked processed and reserved you can go to your basket and you will see the items which are available for shipping.
You can press the Ship All button to move all your items back into the basket and you can Proceed to the next page to prepare the shipment which you have already paid and then you are asked to pay for the shipping cost only.
Once the order to ship, which is automatically send into our system when you have paid for the shippingcosts is in our warehouse will pack the items and ship it to you.

Select "Pick Up"

For local area / Dutch accounts only, we offer the possibility to select the option "Pick Up" when in Basket menu. This means that customers can collect the orders direct from our warehouse and that no shipping costs will be charged.

Orders can be collected during regular business days, between 10:00 and 16:00

Please note that we do not have a physical shop and that our sales are strictly by internet only.

View or Print Invoice

You’ll be able to view and print invoices of your item(s) shortly after they have shipped out.
To view or print your invoice, sign in online and click on "My Astral" in the "Main" section and then on "Invoices" to view the order details for the order containing the item(s) for which you want an invoice. Click the button under the "Actions“ section to Print your invoices.
It is also possible to print the following in the "My Profile" section;
"Orders" and "Sales Credit Memo". The printable versions of these documents can be obtained by clicking the button under the "Actions" button at each section.
