How do I change my Account account details?
It's easy to change your Astral Music account, password, or default shipping and payment information. Click on "My Astral" to make necessary adjustments. Click on "Change Password" to change your password. Click on "Contact Profile" to view and edit your account information.
Please note that we do not save your credit card details. All payments are handled by our payment provider Ogone.
Any changes that you make will only apply to future orders.
Please Note: When you change information in your "Contact Profile" your basket will automatically be emptied.How to open an account
By entering your personal data you are creating a customer account, just click on the "Register" button on the top right side on our homepage and fill in the User information document. The fields marked with a star are mandatory. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.
By creating and using a customer account, you can personalize your online shopping experience.
You can personalize quicklinks to accomodate your personal preferences in Artists, Titles and Brands and Genres. Check out the Help topic on "Quicklinks"
You're basket will automatically be saved, untill you're ready to confirm your final order. Check the status of your backorder(s) online, check soundfiles, and much more.

I forgot my Account password.
If you forgot your Astral Music password, try entering your current or registered email address and the button "Lost Password" will appear. By clicking on this button, the password wil be immediately send to your email inbox. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases to your credit card, do not give out your password to anyone.
I would like to open a wholesale/shop account
Astral Music offers special pricing to Wholesale, Shops and Distributors throughout the World. When you are a business and you would like to open a B2B account with us please send a mail to info@astralmusic.com and a sales representative will contact you to help you get started. We carry a lot of world wide exclusive items at competitive prizes and we have good shipping rates and an excellent track record since we started in 1995.

Shopping at the Astral Music store is only possible if you have an account. In order to obtain an account we ask you to register. With your account, your shopping card will be automatically saved,you can take advantage of listening to streaming soundfiles, check the status of or change your orders, and more.
